    Having supported a lot of apps developed by other developers, I find your topic very intriguing. It would certainly be very helpful to have some kind of framework or tool to analyse what has been done before.

    I see that you have "quick wins with your users" which is a good change management technique. My experience however is that application owners play a huge part in whether an application gets enhanced or fixed over time.
