Some things don't change - what makes a good web appication

Today we have mobile, jQuery, Dojo, Meteor, HTML5, CommonJS, NodeJS, XPages and many other tools, however the fundamentals for a good web application I worked out 12 years ago are still the same:

We just need to keep them in mind.
